Goodbye 2013!
Firstly, yes I redesigned my blog, and made it more me. More importantly, it's New Years Eve! What? Where did 2013 go? This year has gone by so fast, I mean just yesterday felt like the beginning of the year, but here we are on New Years Eve waiting for 2014 to arrive. Even though this year has felt so short, multiple events took place during 2013, and this post is just going to be a walk down memory lane. Keep in mind this is just my opinion, and what I actually remember. I am sure I will definitely miss certain things, but I'm going to try to list .
Celebrity Events
Some people went a bit insane this year and hopefully they get their life back on track! Others had a great year.
Music
At the beginning of 2013 there wasn't a lot of good music being brought out but as the year went on it got better!- Zedd- Clarity.
- Drake- Started From The Bottom, Hold On, We're Going Home.
- Miley Cyrus- We Can't Stop, Wreckingball.
- Lady Gaga- Applause, Do What U Want.
- Robin Thicke- Blurred Lines (One of the most overplayed songs also).
- Justin Timberlake- TKO, Mirrors, Suit & Tie, Take back the night, Cabaret.
- Taylor Swift- 22.
- Katy Perry- ROAR, Unconditionally, This Is How We Do, International Smile, Love Me.
- One Direction- The whole album was good!
- Bruno Mars- Gorilla, Locked Out Of Heaven, When I was Your Man, Treasure (Yes, this was released in 2012 but it was the end of 2012 therefore it still counts in my world!).
- Lorde- Royals (Definitely overplayed).
- Passenger- Let Her Go.
- The Vamps- Wild Heart, Can We Dance (Check them out they are amazing).
- Calvin Harris- Thinking about you.
- Eminem- The monster, Rap God.
- Jay-z: Holy Grail, Tom Ford, Oceans.
- Hedley- Anything, Crazy For You, (The whole album is amazing).
- Cher Lloyd- I Wish.
- Jason Derulo- Marry Me, Talk Dirty.
- Beyonce- Her album was just released with no publicity or anything WHAT?

- Amanda Bynes- I mean at least she was in the spotlight again.
- Lindsey Lohan- That was sort of ongoing.
- Miley Cyrus- She is no longer getting married. Smoked a molly on stage. Licked a hammer, and was naked on a wrecking ball. One word twerk.
- Kardashians: Khloe and Lamar are getting a divorce. Bruce and Kris are also getting a divorce. Kim had a baby with Kanye West, they named the baby North West...
- One Direction- Released a movie, and third album. Zayn proposed to his girlfriend Perrie Edwards.
- Tom Daley- He came out of the closet.
- Simon Cowell- He's going to be a father.
- N'Sync- The reunion sort of happened.
- Royal Family- Prince George was born.
- Cory Monteith- Truly gone way too soon.
- Paul Walker- He will be missed.
- Nelson Mandela- We lost another inspiration.
- Angelina Jolie- Had a double mastectomy.
- Justin Beiber- He is retiring.
- Jennifer Lawerence- Basically the definition of perfection this year.
- Paula Deen- She is no longer going to make racist comments.

Fashion & Beauty
This is my blog, so I would never leave out fashion. - Lace- I am a bit obsessed as you can tell.
- Denim- weather its jackets or pants it was in.
- Leather- From jackets, dresses, and skirts, it was fabulous. But make sure it fake leather the idea of killing an animal for its skin is wrong to me.
- Over sized sweaters- YES! They are comfortable and cute with leggings.
- High-low trim- For summer that was really big!
- High waisted bottoms- From shorts, to pants, to skirts, this trend was in!
- Red lips- It's just timeless.
- A light smokey eye- Using neutral colours for a smokey eye effect was a thing.
- Pastels- In the summer pastel colours were a thing wether it was nail polish, or shirts, or pants they were everywhere.
- Graphic pants- Some people rocked them while others not so much.
